A study of the potential public health consequences of terrorism and natural disasters. Topics include biological, chemical, nuclear and other radioactive weapons used by terrorists, the health consequences of floods, extreme weather conditions and pandemics along with emergency response strategies. Components of the public health system will also be discussed.
