Construction Contracts, Law and Ethics (5 quarter credit units). This course prepares students with knowledge of construction and employment law that affect the construction industry. Topics include intrastate licensure and practice, source selection and alternative project delivery systems, claim resolution, safety, employment, ethical conduct and environmental issues. Prerequisites: MTH216
