Covers basic anatomy, physiology, nervous system, cardiovascular system, respiratory system, and communicable diseases. Students learn to properly assess the sick and injured patient. Students learn practical skills of taking blood pressures, pulses, respiratory rates, lung sounds, and complete body checks.
