This course combines all the knowledge, information, and skills from the classroom and laboratory and applies them in a water environment. During this project-oriented course, students dive, tend, supervise, chart dives, operate radios, and operate decompression chambers. Underwater, students solve problems in decompression, rigging, and maintenance. Students further their skills and knowledge of the safe use, maintenance, and upkeep of the dive gear and equipment.
Prerequisites: DV128 and approved physical.
