In joining the National University System, National Polytechnic College of Science has become a not-for-profit educational institution as a 501(c)(3) corporation. We believe this change has improved our ability to provide the high quality educational experience our students need. Companies have made donations by way of tax-deductible contributions, as well as dive gear, hyperbaric chambers, nondestructive testing equipment, medical supplies, welding equipment and supplies, etc. All donations are personally acknowledged in writing, and when possible, major items are labeled with the donor company name. Our students benefit greatly by having access to current equipment and technology and by being trained on the equipment they will have to use on the job.
