Kevin B. Casey, M.S.
President, National Polytechnic College of Science

Kevin Casey is the President of the National Polytechnic College of Engineering and Oceaneering, a non-profit member of the National University System accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges that concentrates on the delivery of two-year educational programs in marine technology, allied health, engineering technology, and security management.

Mr. Casey's professional experience includes more than 30 years in higher education and technology management at the Catholic University of America, Gallaudet University, and National University.  He has served on accreditation teams for the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges.

Mr. Casey is a Senior Life Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, a member of the Association for Computing Machinery.  He currently serves as Chairman of the Advisory Board for the Notre Dame Academy, a new Catholic elementary school in Carmel Valley.

Mr. Casey earned engineering degrees from the Catholic University of America, and the University of Maryland.  He began his career with General Electric Company Missile and Space Vehicle Division and later managed software development groups at Bunker Ramo Corporation while working for the U.S. Army in Europe and the Federal Republic of Germany Ministry of Defense.
